Description
Powerform® 35 / 35P — a compacted (swaged), rotation-resistant crane hoist rope offering the highest strength of all low-rotation hoist ropes. The 35×K7 / 35×K19S compacted construction delivers maximum resistance to rotation, high fatigue life and excellent crushing and abrasion resistance, making it suited to single- and multi-part hoist reeving and multi-layer spooling. Available bright or galvanized in 1960 or 2160 N/mm² tensile grades; the 'P' variant adds full plastic impregnation of the steel core. Fully lubricated in manufacture, and every production batch is sample-tested to destruction to confirm catalogue breaking forces. Discard criteria to ISO 4309.
