Description
Load binders (chain tensioners) for securing cargo on trucks, trailers and flatbeds, in ratchet and lever styles. The US-type Ratchet Load Binder (Model FRB) is upgraded for Grade 70 and Grade 40 chain, with a continuous take-up screw giving fine tie-down adjustment and matching the WLL of Grade 70 chain — WLL 5,400–13,000 lb (MBL 19,000–46,000 lb) for 8–16 mm chain, individually proof-tested to 200% of WLL with a mill certificate and warning tag (ultimate load 3.5× WLL), to American standard WSTDA T6. The Forged Lever Load Binder (Model FLB) is quenched-and-tempered alloy steel with extra-heavy construction at the leverage point for easy release, ball-and-socket swivel joints for a straight-line pull and free 360° swivel hooks — WLL 3,800–9,000 kg (MBL 8,600–18,000 kg) for 7.8–13 mm chain.
